Wealth Dimensions is hiring a client services associate to ensure the delivery of an extraordinary experience for our growing client base.
A minimum of three years of experience working in a similar role within a large or small financial institution
A committed focus on the client, which includes active listening skills, ability to anticipate client needs, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to initiate and cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues in positive ways and relate to a diverse range of people of varying backgrounds, ages, experience and education levels.
Capacity for independent thinking and reasoning, including the ability to complete paperwork, carry out instructions, and solve problems with multiple variables.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meticulously.
Coordinates and monitors the new client onboarding process to ensure the completion of our firm’s designated client experience touch points.
Prepares and reviews all necessary documents to facilitate account opening and other client related service requests.
Professionally communicates with clients, including answering questions and handling service requests such as opening new accounts, making account withdrawals and transfers, and updating documentation.
Evaluates and implements continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience; this entails managing information flow and using various technology platforms.
