Tom has a distinguished 30+ year career solving complex tax and financial issues for clients so that they achieve what matters most to them. His areas of expertise include: financial planning, strategies for wealth transfer, income and estate tax minimization, general tax advisory, succession planning, business acquisition and disposition, and forensic accounting.

Prior to joining Wealth Dimensions in 2019, Tom spent 20 years at MCM CPAs & Advisors and its predecessor organization Cooney Faulkner and Stevens LLC where he was a founding partner. Over the course his distinguished career at the firm, he advised high-net-worth individuals, including many privately held business owners on an array of tax and financial issues.

Tom received a BS and BA from Xavier University. He earned a MS from the College of Financial Planning. He is a CPA, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and Certified Exit Planner (CExP), a designation for those advising business owners on transitioning their business. He also possesses Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF ®) designation.

As an active member of the Cincinnati community, Tom contributions have included treasurer and board member 4c for Children, member of Xaxier University Finance Department Advisory Council, member of the CEO Roundtable of the Cincinnati Regional US Chamber, and a vice president for Accounting for Kids. He’s also a former board member of the Association for Corporate Growth, former chair of the Hamilton County Tax Levy Review Committee and has received numerous awards including the Family & Privately Owned Business Leadership award. Tom and his wife Crystal, reside in Mt. Adams.
