Patrick is a business partner who serves as CCO and outside counsel to Wealth Dimensions. He manages and supports all legal and compliance efforts and regulatory filings for the firm. Patrick is a Partner and Investment Management Chair with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. He brings over a decade of legal, compliance, and financial services industry experience across a broad array of subject matters related to registered investment advisers.

Prior to joining Calfee, Patrick previously served as investment management counsel and chief compliance officer for Graydon Compliance Solutions, LLC, and as private funds and regulatory compliance officer for Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc.

Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received his BA magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. Patrick carries both the Series 7 and Series 24 securities licenses, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Patrick also serves on the board of directors for the National Society of Compliance Professionals, in addition to serving as the co-chair of the NSCP Publications Committee. He is the treasurer of the Cincinnati Bar Association and member of the CBA Executive Committee, as well as the chair of the Budget and Finance Committee.

He and his wife Sara are the proud parents of their young daughter, Aislinn Cora, Vivian Grace, and Rowan Bella.
